How do I return an item?

All DiVinyl Labels are created as per the spelling you submit with your order, and in the colour/size font you order. Please review your spelling and selected options carefully before checking out, as no responsibility will be taken for incorrect spelling/colour/font/image on name or image labels and refunds will not be given in this instance.

If you do realise you have made an error after you have paid, please contact us immediately at, and if we have not created your DiVinyl Labels yet we will be able to fix this up for you. Unfortunately once your DiVinyl Labels have been created especially for you, we are unable to make any changes, as all of our items are customised to your specifications.

We do check all orders we create carefully before posting, but we are only human, so if any items arrive and are not exactly as you ordered, please let us know immediately and we will be happy to check your order and re-supply these items if the error was ours. If this happens, please contact with your order number, a photograph and description of the error.
